To care for the glazed finish, avoid abrasive and metallic cleaning products.

To prevent cracking, pour the hot water over the back of a teaspoon or add milk first.

To avoid staining, clean immediately after use.

Your mug is safe for microwave use unless the design includes gold or platinum.
